Official Bio

Jen Williams is a writer and communications leader with over fourteen years of experience across industries such as advertising, automotive, and health care. She specializes in internal communications, employee engagement, and leadership communication. Jen partners closely with C-suite leaders and collaborates with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen company culture, enhance communication strategies, and drive workforce engagement.

Her writing career began in 2012 as a freelance journalist covering local stories. In the years since, she has nurtured her passion for creative writing. To nurture her love for creative writing, she has attended the Yale Writers' Workshop and the Rosemary's House Writing Residency.

Jen is also the creator of Forever Inspired, Jen, a Substack newsletter where she blends her expertise in communications with creative writing. She shares reflections on the future of work, well-being, and the creative process. Outside of her professional work, she is currently writing her debut novel.

Based in the Metro Detroit area, Jen enjoys ballet, traveling, watching movies, and making lasting memories with her son.
