Jen Williams is a writer and communications leader with over fourteen years of experience across industries such as advertising, automotive, and health care. She specializes in internal communications, employee engagement, and leadership communication. Jen partners closely with C-suite leaders and collaborates with Marketing and HR teams to strengthen company culture, enhance communication strategies, and drive workforce engagement.
Her writing career began in 2012 as a freelance journalist covering local stories. In the years since, she has nurtured her passion for creative writing. Most recently, Jen attended the Yale Writer’s Workshop in June 2025, where she studied under bestselling author R.F. Kuang.
Jen is also the creator of Forever Inspired, Jen, a Substack newsletter where she blends her expertise in communications with creative writing. She shares reflections on the future of work, well-being, and the creative process. Outside of her professional work, she is currently writing her debut novel.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bowling Green State University and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Jen lives in the Metro Detroit area with her son. When she’s not writing, she enjoys ballet classes, traveling, and making memories on adventures with her son.
