Official Bio

Jen Williams is a writer and communications professional with over 14 years of experience across industries such as advertising, automotive, and health care. She specializes in internal communications, employee engagement, and leadership communication. She works closely with C-suite executives and collaborates with Marketing and HR teams to enhance company culture, improve internal communications, and drive employee engagement.

Jen's writing journey began in 2012 as a local freelance journalist while in-between jobs. A few years later, she embraced her passion for creative writing. She recently attended the Yale Writer’s Workshop in June 2025 under the instruction of best selling author R.F. Kuang.

Jen also launched a Substack newsletter, Forever Inspired, Jen, where she blends creative writing with her communications experience, including insights on the future of the workplace, well-being, and creativity. Separate from her career, she is currently working on her first novel.

Jen earned a Bachelor's’ degree in Broadcast Journalism from Bowling Green State University and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She resides in the Metro Detroit Area with her son. When she's not writing, Jen enjoys adventures with her son, ballet classes, and traveling.
